How much is a carrier?
It is the same price, $35 or $55. However, if you choose not to pay first, it is $39 or $59.
You can still drop by on the event day and enter, it is just $4 more!

How much do I have to pay first?
$15 only. You will have to bring cash to top up the remaining balance!

Why do I have to pay first?
You don't have to, but paying first means your slot will be confirmed, and you will not need to queue. You will also help us gauge the turnout and in turn cater the right amount of stocks!

What is difference between the $35 and $55 carrier?
The size!

Can I choose not to pay first and just come on that day?
Yes! You will be admitted in the next available slot.

If I am coming with friends, should/can I fill up the SAME form?
YES! Please do, as we will be grouping you together. We might not be able to slot you in together if the forms come in separately.

How many forms should I fill up?
JUST ONE! (for all your friends and yourself)

Can I make different payments for the same form?
No! So sorry! Please help us make our job easier by doing just ONE transaction per form!

Can I get my deposit back if I cannot make it on the event day?
No, the deposit is non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Why do I have to fill in my preferred choice 1/2/3? What is that?
You will be able to fill in your desired slot. 1 being your first desired slot, 2 being your second desired slot, 3 being your third desired slot.

How do I know my confirmed slot?
You will be receiving an SMS notifying you of your confirmed slot. This SMS will only be sent after your payment has been verified. SMS will be sent within 24 hours of your payment.

What happens if I can't get any of my desired slot?
You will be notified in the SMS, we will then be informing you of the available slots left. After which you will decide on the slot you want. If you can't get a slot that is convenient for you, a refund will be made within 48 hours.

What time should I arrive?
Please be there at least 15 mins before your slot time!

What happens if I am late for my slot?
We regret to tell you, you will only be fitted in to the NEXT AVAILABLE TIME SLOT.

What should I bring?
Anything that is not too big. All bags will have to be kept with our security guards for safe keeping as you enjoy your shopping spree!

Can my friend and I SHARE a carrier?
Nope! So sorry! You will only be allowed to enter if you have a carrier!

How many pieces of clothing can I stuff?
As much as you can fit, WITH THE CARRIER SEALED.

Can I purchase more than 1 carrier for myself?
One person is allowed a maximum of 2 carriers. You will have to specify that on the order form.

Are there previews for the carrier that I will be purchasing?
No, so sorry! You can however, google our past events to see if anyone has posted it up! 
A small carrier can fit 3-7 pieces! *Depending on the clothes
A large carrier can fit 5-16 pieces! *Depending on the clothes

What happens if the carrier is torn?
Your chance will be forfeited! :( Our carrier are made of high quality and will NOT tear unless GREAT force or pressure is being applied! Please handle with care!

What happens if I lose my carrier while shopping?
So sorry, we will not be responsible for any lost carriers!

What should I do if the form can't be submitted?

Can I exchange the items if it doesn't fit or has defects?
No! So sorry! Please check all items before you exit!

What happens if I cannot find anything?
We will be exchanging the same value for store credit. Which acts like a cash voucher for the store. On your way out, you will have to inform our staff for us to make the necessary arrangements.

Can I go in and view all the stuff first before deciding to purchase a carrier?
No! So sorry! Everyone can only enter with the purchase of a carrier.

Can I wait for my friend(s) inside?
No! So sorry!

If the slots are sold out, can I still go for the event?
Yes! We will be admitting you in to the next available slot!
